HBL Growth Fund was established under a Trust Deed, HBL Asset Management Limited as the Management Company and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited as the Trustee. The Management Company of the Fund has been registered as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) under the NBFC Rules, 2003 and has obtained the requisite license from the SECP to undertake Asset Management Services. The objective of the Fund is to maximize the wealth of the unit holders by investing primarily in listed equities in the best available opportunities, while considering acceptable risk parameters and applicable rules and regulations.
